Usage analytics

Usage analytics shows how your organisation is actually using the platform — who's logging in and which features get used. It's about adoption, not athletes.

Who can use it: admins and coaches. (Players can't see it.)

What it shows

Pick a time range (last 7, 30 or 90 days) and a bucket granularity, and you get:

  • Headline tiles — active users in the window, total events (page views and actions), and your busiest day or week.
  • An activity chart — events over time, so you can see engagement rising or falling.
  • Top features — which areas of the product get the most use (GPS, gym, wellness, and so on).
  • An active-users table — per-user activity. To avoid singling anyone out, this is hidden when very few people have used the platform.

Player usage

The Player usage tab focuses on the mobile app (the /me player experience):

  • Adoption — how many of your roster have opened the app in the window, and what share of the squad that is. Players who have never opened it are listed too, so you can see who to nudge.
  • Who's using the app — each player ranked by activity, sortable by activity or by when they were last seen. Tap an active player to see the sections they spend the most time in.
  • What players look at — a squad-wide breakdown of which parts of the app (Training, Matches, Wellness, Gym, and so on) get the most views.

Like the active-users table, the per-player breakdown is hidden when very few players have opened the app, so no single person is singled out. Page views are recorded as coarse sections only — never the specific record a player opened.

How to use it

Use it to check that a rollout is landing — are coaches opening the load views, are players checking in, did that new feature get adopted? If a surface you expected to be busy is quiet, that's a prompt to follow up.

Platform operators also have a cross-organisation version of this view; regular org admins only ever see their own org.
