The plan is frozen when you save it, so re-testing a player later never quietly rewrites what you asked for. Once the day passes, the GPS is compared against that frozen target — per player, per metric, banded at ±15%.

Test fitness on the pitch, not in a spreadsheet
Run shuttle runs, 2 km time trials, 30-15 IFT beep tests, Yo-Yo IR1/IR2, MSS sprint tests, or a submaximal heart-rate test using the app's built-in timer and audio engine. Stage-dropout capture: tap an athlete as they stop. Results save directly to each player's profile.
For S&C / Physio: For S&C: results automatically derive MAS, VIFT and MSS anchors. Those anchors drive the conditioning prescription engine — individual HIIT speeds and COD shuttle distances per player, grouped into cone lanes. The submax test tracks each player's 60-second heart-rate recovery (HRR60) over time, and an observed HRmax anchor builds automatically from peak heart rate in any maximal effort.

The system uses individualised metrics under the hood — each player's effort is measured against their own ceiling, not a squad average. But a coach never needs to understand the method. The output is a colour, a count, or a lane number.
No GPS? Still generates real programs.
GPS adds depth, it's not a requirement. Clubs without vests still get gym attendance, wellness, jump testing, on-pitch fitness testing — and individualised conditioning programs and lane sheets generated from those test results with a stopwatch alone, no vest needed. The GPS layer unlocks automatically once hardware is in place.
