Gym sessions
The Gym sessions page is the coach's read-out of strength work actually done — every session athletes have logged, whether from a plan you assigned or logged off-plan on their phone.
Who can use it: admins and coaches can review. Athletes do the logging, in the player app.
Gym is a per-org feature — if it's switched off in Settings, the whole Gym section disappears.
What you see
A list of executions from the last 90 days. Each row shows the athlete, the session or template name, when it started, and:
- Status — completed (finished as planned), in progress (started, not yet finished), or abandoned (started over a day ago and never completed).
- Tonnage — total weight moved across the session (sets × reps × load summed).
- Session RPE — the athlete's perceived exertion (0–10), an estimate of how hard the session felt internally.
Click a session to see the set-by-set detail: every exercise, the load, and the reps completed against what was prescribed.
How to use it
Skim for abandoned or in-progress sessions, watch session RPE for efforts that felt much harder or easier than intended, and use tonnage trends to see whether an athlete's strength volume is climbing. For per-athlete adherence over time, the squad engagement heatmap is the better view.
