Runs explorer

The Runs explorer is a searchable index of every individual sprint and high-speed run across all your sessions. Where a session page answers "what happened in this session?", Runs answers questions that cut across sessions and athletes — "every sprint above 95% of max for this player in the last eight weeks", or "all the repeat-effort bouts in matches this month".

Who can use it: admins and coaches.

Filtering

The filter bar drives everything:

  • Date range — pick from/to or use the 7d / 28d / 90d presets (defaults to the last 28 days).
  • Athletes — one, several, or all.
  • TypeSprints, HSR (high-speed runs), or any.
  • RegimeIndividualised (thresholds set from each athlete's own max speed) or Default (a fixed threshold for everyone). Both are stored, so you can compare.
  • Session kind — match, training, adhoc, or any.
  • Thresholds — minimum peak speed, minimum % of MSS, minimum duration.
  • RHIE bouts only — restrict to efforts that were part of a repeat-effort bout.

Reading the results

A summary strip sits above the table:

  • Totals — runs, the sprint/HSR split, repeat-effort bouts, and how many sessions and athletes are covered.
  • The distribution of efforts by % of MSS (how close to top speed they were).
  • The athletes with the most efforts in the filtered set.

The results table lists each effort: athlete, when (linking to the session), type, regime, peak speed, % of MSS, distance, duration, entry acceleration, exit deceleration, recovery time before the next effort, and bout ID. Sort by any column — sorting by recovery time, for instance, surfaces the shortest gaps between efforts.
